Riverside D3 was perfect for our trip to Telluride. The condo is even nicer than what is seen in the pics. Very clean and spacious. Very easy walk to the heart of town. Quick walk to the gondola on the foot path. We rented a locker in mountain village to keep our ski gear which worked great. Would definitely stay in this condo again. Highly recommend!

First thing to say is the condo was spacious and stocked with everything we needed. Jim, the onsite property manager, was super helpful and responsive—he went above and beyond. The location is a short walk from the gondola, though there are many closer options. Staying in town was a good move—we were a short walk from restaurants, shopping and the grocery store.
The condo had a lovely gas fireplace, a washer dryer and fully stocked kitchen with brand new appliances.
All that said, the entire Riverside complex, this unit included, is pretty dated. The bathrooms in this unit have not been updated in many years. The nearby hot tub was closed for maintenance during our entire stay and the one in the next building over was not always working, either. That was a disappointment, though not the fault of the owners of the unit we rented.
It snowed nearly every day, which was awesome for skiing. But the snow was not consistently removed from the many stairs we had to descend or climb to get in and out of the unit.
All -in-all a good stay—and a fantastic ski trip—but next time I would look for a different housing option, even if I had to pay a bit more.

We had a great time & this condo was perfect for our family of 4. It’s in a great location on the backside of town so u got some privacy but easy walk to town & to the gondola. & Jim was very easy to work with & was very helpful throughout our stay. We will definitely be staying here again

Cozy apartment, great for our family of four. Close to everything yet quiet and feels so close to nature! It’s a few steps from Bear Creek Trail and 2 blocks from town. Close to the gondola as well. Would stay here again and Jim was super helpful!

Perfect 2 bedroom unit on the river right in Telluride.
We couldn't have asked for a better stay at Riverside D3. The location can't be beat - park your car and forget it, everything in town is walkable and we loved being right off the river trail. Incredible value. The living area is more spacious than we expected - we thought it would be tight with 4 adults, 2 kids, but were pleasantly surprised! Excellent communication with property management. We plan on staying here again.
