Rosie Cusack

Real Estate Broker & Owner

With over three decades of experience in Telluride Colorado's real estate market, Rosie Cusack is the owner and Broker of a privately owned, full-service real estate company specializing in residential and commercial sales and luxury vacation rentals. Having relocated to Telluride from Aspen in November 1992 to pursue a full-time career in real estate, Rosie has built a reputation for being a trusted and knowledgeable guide for buyers, sellers, and investors in the region.

Rosie and her team pride themselves on providing personalized service with a focus on honesty, integrity, and an enjoyable, approachable attitude. With a deep commitment to the Telluride community, Rosie is passionate about introducing newcomers to this unique mountain town's beauty and lifestyle and all it has to offer. Rosie offers expert advice with a personal touch.

Outside of work, Rosie is an avid Alpine skier and cross-country skier, enjoys biking, and loves to travel the world. She believes in balancing hard work and fun with a genuine enthusiasm for Telluride, and its lifestyle shines through in every interaction.

Jim Denny

Rental Manager

Jim was born and raised in and around the Chicago area and moved to Telluride in 2004 after a career in finance at The Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He began working in the Construction and Special Events industry here in the Telluride region until he started with Telluride Luxury Rentals and Real Estate, Inc. in August of 2022. Jim has a wife, Erica, and three children: Andrew, Emma, and Gage. He enjoys boating, skiing, festivals, camping, and is an avid Curler!

Ryan “RED” Higgins

Broker Associate

Ryan was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, and moved to Telluride in 2016 after graduating from the State University of New York at Geneseo. Joining Rosie Cusack and Telluride Luxury Rentals & Real Estate was the perfect segue after studying geography with a focus in real estate analysis. Ryan has found himself taking pride in helping buyers and sellers navigate the region's real estate market. When Ryan isn't working with clients, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, hiking, and coaching youth hockey.
