We had a wonderful time in Telluride. This property is beautiful, clean, well-stocked, and in a great location. Definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Telluride.

Clean with everything in place for cooking and living. Across the street from lift 7 made it easy in and out. About 12 min walk to the main gondola area.

Had a great experience here! - The management company was extremely prepared and communicative, and even had someone meet us for the check-in process, show us the apt, etc. The few needs we had during the stay were quickly addressed by the management company. You are about 100 yards from the base of lift 7 which is amazing, and you can ski down to within 50 yards of the unit. The walk to center of telluride town and shops is 8-10 minutes. Would stay again!

A very nice and clean place. It is just about across the street from lift 7 and it is a short walk to town. More for advanced skiers to return to the base of lift 7 because it is a black run. There is a blue bypass but it is a little tricky to find. My only complaints and they are minor, were that the bathroom is real dark and could benefit from a brighter light system and that the TV was a little confusing because when you turned it off it shut the cable box off...so you had to turn the cable box back on in the closet for the TV to work...no big deal once you learned that. We did not use the hot tub as it didn't seem too appealing having to walk through the parking garage to access it...but again, no big deal...Overall, a great place for a couple to stay who ski and don't mind a short walk to town.

Everything was just great. Great location , great communication and overall a good trip.
If there was anything that was a little off was the Hot tub area. It just did not seem like it was not maintained. if it was it had a bad order from the lid or something.

Telluride is always one of our favorites and this stay added to what was already a great experience.

Our contact (Jim) was terrific, came and checked on us the first day and saw him m again at festival: very personable & genuine. Overall was a good experience and comfortable stay.

We were very pleased with Jim and TLR. Everything worked and the unit was well stocked. We only needed to buy food at Clarkes. The towel heater was a hit. Thanks for a great stay!

We had rented this unit for a ski trip earlier in the year but a back injury forced us to cancel. The owner and the property manager, Jim, were very gracious in working out replacement dates and we ended up having a wonderful week in late July hiking and enjoying Telluride.

Lovely, spacious condo for two with everything you need. Great location.

A very nice and clean rental. Located near lift 7 and a short walk to town. Best for experienced skiers because of the black run back to lift 7. There is a blue run to get back too but if you miss it you are stuck on a black. It is a short 10-12 minute walk to town and the gondola to get to the village. Perfect for a couple that like to ski and don't mind a walk to town. One minor issue is the lighting in the bathroom which could be brighter, but really no big deal. The hot tub is not that appealing stuck behind the parking garage, but no big deal either. I would recommend this unit to serious skiers or anyone that just wants to enjoy the town. The management team that handles this property was great and reachable by text or phone and helped answer a few questions that we had.
