As you enter into the third-story condo, you're quick to notice that you are entering into a home equipped with the highest quality designer furniture, appliances, light fixtures, and finishes. Everything has been hand-selected with precision and care. The entryway features a bench for guests to sit down and take off their shoes flanked by two large closets for storing jackets, gloves, hats, and whatever other clothing or festival gear you have. To your right is the dining area with a beautiful wood dining table large enough to seat eight guests. Behind the table is one of many windows looking out to Ajax Peak and the box canyon. Between the dining area and the living room is a fantastic contemporary gas fireplace to provide warmth and ambiance during Telluride's beautiful snowy winter. The living room features a large sectional couch and a modular coffee table. A 55" Samsung flatscreen TV is mounted on the half-wall between the living and dining area. Behind the living room is the well-appointed modern kitchen with custom Miele appliances including a built-in coffee and espresso machine. The kitchen has a breakfast bar that seats up to four guests.
This custom stainless steel and glass staircase beside the kitchen takes you up to the penthouse patio. This patio features a large ozone hot tub (ozone hot tubs use ozone as a natural sanitizer to kill bacteria and contaminants without strong chemicals). The outdoor patio has a large couch for relaxing and soaking up the sun as well as an outdoor dining table and plenty of seating. The patio features an outdoor gas fireplace with changeable LED lights for both heat and style. And, finally, the patio has a stainless steel outdoor kitchen area featuring a kitchen sink, plenty of storage, a fridge, and a DCS by Fisher and Paykel grill with rotisserie.

Great contemporary apartment located a short walk to the Oak Street Lift /Gondola. Close to Colorado Ave and also quiet. Management company reps are very helpful and responsive.. I would recommend Ghostriders #12 to friends.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home in Telluride! The property was extremely clean and well stocked. The property managers were easy to get hold of. The location- just down the street from the gondola and restaurants/shops- could not have been more perfect. The rooftop deck was ideal for BBQing and sunset cocktails. We only wish that the shades in the bedrooms offered some relief from the sun. Also, the frosted glass doors in each bedroom were not ideal for children (also letting in a lot of sunlight from the living area). Just be sure to bring an eyemask and temporary blackout shades for children :-) Thank you for having us! We would definitely rent this property again!

This house was the most perfect location in the town. It is walking distance from the lift, gondola, shops, market, and restaurants!! Very spacious and the balcony provides GORGEOUS views! The management was always quick to respond with any questions we had and the house supplied everything you could think of. The only complaint we had was that the drainage was really slow in the shower and sinks and the house truly only fits 8 comfortably, because when you pull out beds in the twin bedroom, it takes up the entire floor to where there is no room for anything else so it was very clustered. Other than that, I would highly recommend this location for your next vacation.
