We have been coming to Telluride for 12 years and this was our favorite place. Great location, great layout, and a really beautiful place to be in. Everyone had a place to work, relax, and hang out with friends. Also very quiet being nestled in the middle of the block.

Communication was great from the host and the unit was better than advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations and recommend this property to everyone. Will rent again next time we are in telluride. Also, this is the best location in town. For the skiers, take Telluride Trail down the mountain, dive into the woods to an unmarked but skied trail and you can literally ski to the front steps of Ghostriders.

This rental property is in a dream location with all of the amenities described. We have rented this house 5 times in the last 10 years and look forward to coming back every year. Some pros and cons:

Pros:
LOCATION...LOCATION...steps from the gondola.
Size - its a big rental especially for a family of six, everyone can have space to decompress after a long ski day, and enjoy meals together without feeling on top of each other
Views - waking up every morning with all of the windows and views of the slopes is incredible, best view in town
Beds - master on second floor a plus and lots of privacy bedrooms on lower floors.
Management - immediate response to questions and requests, clean, nice amenities - overall GREAT service from mgmt. company
Cons:
Furniture - getting tired and worn out, if spending this amount nightly, needs an overhaul here
Small Appliances - Please update smaller appliances, has a $15 dollar, 10 cup coffee maker that is old, toaster oven is 10 years old and microwave is out of date. Noticed new W/D and dishwasher this year, so that helps.
Linens - Pillows (IN EVERY BEDROOM) were flat and awful - cannot sleep with them. Lack of blankets was an issue as well
Water - main faucet leaks, filtered water faucet didnt work and hot water heater only lasted for 2 showers before needing a break to catch up.

We sent this info to mgmt company - quite sure they will respond and fix some of these issues.

Overall, this is THE best property we have stayed in- in Telluride. We have tried 5 or 6 others and always return here. We will be back next year.

Great spot for trip to Telluride. Gondola is close and you are right in town. Strongly recommend this place.

We have rented this house for several years and it is ALWAYS our favorite rental home all year. HIGHLY recommend this rental based on size, location and amenities. Only one issue is they need a new coffee pot, but if that is our only complaint - we are good! We will continue to stay here every year it is available!

We spent 5 days @ 211 South Oak (C) for my husband’s 60th birthday. It was him & I and our two adult kids. The house was phenomenal. The location, amenities and layout were perfect for hanging out apres ski & enjoying time together. Management group was amazing!

We have been coming to Telluride for more than a decade ever summer. This was our favorite rental yet! The house was gorgeous, clean, and well appointed. We had space for everyone including guests, friends visiting and kids hanging out. Bedrooms were sizeable and comfortable. It was very quiet as well being in the middle of the block. The location was the best as we were a short walk to just about everything. Parking was also easy and bikes felt very secure. Telluride Luxury Rentals were also excellent to work with and took care of us at every turn. We will be back!

Great place

We had a wonderful stay at 220 South Oak. This high end property was just as described and the multiple levels provided privacy for our family to work/school remotely and also gather in the great room for family dinners and relaxation after many days of skiing.The deck and hot tub were great places to chill and view the mountains and beautiful town of Telluride. The location could not have been better, a few steps from the gondola, restaurants and shopping in Telluride. The house had everything we needed from fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding and great sound system for music as well as strong and stable internet which was key since we were working/schooling during part of our stay.

Can't beat the location. Worked perfectly for our family of 5.
